  3. How dare you…

serve me a Molten Lava Cake WITHOUT Vanilla ice cream!! I went to this restaurant yesterday and they brought to the table a lava cake…fresh raspberries…and a vanilla SAUCE. Like what am I going to do with that?? I mean i need something cold to balance out the cold, and some type of ice cream to cut the bitterness of the dark chocolate. lastly…the cake was dry! okay im thru..

  4. I eat out at a lot of restaurants to taste different types of food. Sometimes I go to high-end, chic restaurants all the way to “mom & pop” spot to hole in the wall places. Just because its not 5-star doesn’t not mean the food isn’t quality and full of flavor

  8. A few hours later! But I made to check the temperature between the thigh and breast for see if it was ready. Just because it looks ready on the outside doesn’t mean its ready on the inside. Not ready until the thermometer reads 165F

  9. So last night I decided to roast off some whole chickens. I seasoned one with garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon, salt and pepper..and then the other with some cayenne, paprika, cumin, chili powder, onion, salt and pepper kind of like a Southwestern flavor. I seared the chicken in a pan on all sides and then bake it in the oven @ 375 for about 2 hours
